Saltenas Instructions
Cook beef with diced potatoes, olives, and spices until fully cooked; let cool slightly.

Roll out the dough into small circles (10–12 cm diameter).
​
​
Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each circle.
​
​
Fold dough over filling into a half-moon and pinch edges tightly.
​
​
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
​
​
Brush tops with egg wash or water (optional).
​
​
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
​
​
Ensure dough is fully cooked and slightly puffed.
​
​
Let rest a few minutes before serving.
​
​
Serve warm.
