Albondigas Instructions 

Cook the 150g rice until tender and let it cool slightly.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, egg, onion, garlic, and seasonings.

​

​

Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.

​

​

Form the mixture into small meatballs.

​

​

Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.

​

​

Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove and set aside.

​

​

In the same pan, add tomato sauce and simmer for a few minutes.

​

​

Return the meatballs to the sauce and cook for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked.

​

​

Serve hot or package for later.
