Patatas Bravas Instructions 

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Peel and cut the 300g potatoes into bite-sized cubes.

Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and optional spices.

​

​

Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.

Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

​

​

While the potatoes roast, sauté garlic with your spices in a small pan.

​

​

Add the tomato sauce to the garlic and spices, simmer for 5–10 minutes.

​

​

Adjust seasoning of the sauce to taste.

Remove the roasted potatoes from the oven and plate them.

​

​

Pour the tomato sauce over the potatoes and serve hot.
