Wonton Dumplings Instructions

Prepare the filling: Mix ground pork/shrimp with finely chopped garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and chopped green onions.

Lay wrappers: Place wonton wrappers on a clean surface, keeping them covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.

​

​

Fill wrappers: Spoon a small amount of filling into the center of each wrapper.

​

​

Wet edges: Dab water around the edges of the wrapper with your finger.

​

​

Fold & seal: Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle or rectangle, pressing edges to seal tightly.

Optional pleats: Create pleats along the edge for a traditional look and secure sealing.

Cook: Choose one method:

Boil: Cook in boiling water until they float + 1–2 minutes.

Steam: Steam for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked.

​

​

Pan-fry: Brown in oil, then add water and cover to steam.

​

​

Check doneness: Ensure the filling is fully cooked.

​

​

Prepare dipping: Serve with chili oil on the side.

​

​

Package: Place wontons in containers with chili oil for delivery.
