
Loco Moco Instructions
Cook the rice: Rinse the 200g of rice and cook it with the appropriate amount of water until tender.

Season the patty: Lightly season the beef patty with salt and pepper if desired.

Cook the patty: Pan-sear or grill the 200g beef patty until browned on both sides and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Rest the patty: Remove the patty from the pan and let it rest for a minute.

Heat the gravy: Warm the gravy in a small pot or in the same pan to absorb flavor.

Fry the eggs: Cook both eggs sunny-side up (or your preferred style), keeping the yolks runny if you want a classic Loco Moco feel.

Plate the rice: Scoop the cooked rice into a bowl or takeout container.
​
​
Add the patty: Place the cooked beef patty on top of the rice.
​
​
Top with gravy: Pour the warm gravy generously over the beef patty and rice.
​
​
Finish with eggs: Place the fried eggs on top and serve hot.
