Koshari Instructions
Prep the shrimp: Rinse and pat dry the shrimp.

Marinate: Mix Piri-Piri sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss shrimp to coat. Marinate 15–30 minutes.

Heat the pan: Warm a skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil.
​
Cook the shrimp: Add shrimp in a single layer. Sear 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
​
Add extra sauce: Pour any remaining marinade into the pan and simmer 1 minute.
​
Finish: Squeeze fresh lemon over the shrimp for brightness.
​
Optional glaze: Reduce the pan sauce slightly until glossy.
​
Plate: Serve shrimp with a drizzle of the sauce.
​
Package: Place in container with sauce for reheating or immediate serving.
