Prepare the rice: Rinse and cook the 150g rice with the appropriate amount of water until fluffy; let cool slightly.

Dice the fish: Cut the 150g raw fish into small, even cubes.

​
Make the marinade: In a bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil (adjust to taste).
​
​
Marinate the fish: Toss the diced fish in the soy–sesame mixture and let sit for 5–10 minutes.

​
Prepare toppings: Portion the 50g seaweed salad and any optional toppings you want to add.
​
​
Fluff the rice: Once cooked, fluff the rice and place it into a bowl or container.
​
​
Add the seaweed salad: Spoon the seaweed salad onto one side of the rice.
​
​
Add the marinated fish: Place the seasoned fish on top of or beside the rice.
​
​
Finish with garnis
​
​
​Serve immediately: Keep chilled until serving if preparing ahead.
