Pastel De Chucho Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Dice the white fish and season with spices and herbs.
​
​
Slice the ripe plantains lengthwise or into thin layers.
​
​
Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until fragrant and softened.
​
​
Add the tomato sauce to the sautéed vegetables and mix well.
​
​
In a baking dish, layer the plantains as the base.
​
​
Spread the seasoned fish over the plantains.
​
​
Top with the sautéed vegetable and tomato sauce mixture.
​
​
Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top.
​
​
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden. Serve warm.
